The medium claws are no longer available.
For the claws with pin adapters you would want the part # Y8880201.
For replacement wedge assembly part # Y8880150.
For the replacement cover part # 8880149.
Replacement adjustment knobs part # Y8880148.
Replacement skirt pads # Y8880147.
Replacement rubber pads # 8880146.
Replacement small claw # Y80145.
Large claw part # Y80144.
Replacement hex wrench # 8880143.
