Question:

confused the way this is written, is the valve itself not part of this? I need to replace my valve and need to add my 18inch extension rod. T1003PBC is this part a complete vlave replacement or just body

The # T1003PBC valve is the one you will need for your sewer plumbing. We refer to it as valve body, because it does not include the handle, which you need to operate. Since you have indicated you have a 18 inch extension handle the # T1003PBC is the only part you will need to complete your replacement valve system.
