Today we're going to be a look at the Valterra hose adapters, bayonet, and swivel lug fittings, Part Number F02-2029VP. These adapters allow you to connect your standard RV sewer hose to your RV's holding tank and other accessories. The bayonet fitting has an internal seal to help prevent leaks. It allows you to easily connect to your black and gray water outlet. The lug fitting allows you to attach another hose or bayonet accessories. Here we've got our nine degree dump station adapter. The fittings are easy to install.
They simply slide into your hose and attach with the included hose clamp. The lug fitting swivels for easy hook-ups and allows your hose to lay flat when connected. A quick tip when draining your tanks. You want to be sure and empty out your black water tank first, followed by your gray water tank. By doing so, the gray water is going to help flush out any remaining solid waste particles through your hose. The sewer System products all fit together as I expected. Added these on to my current dump hose will make it much easier for setup and tear down.
