Will this product work with my diesel pusher motorhome connecting to a 2022 Jeep Gladiator using a 6 pin round plug?

The 7-way connector part # HM20048 can work for you but it depends on what type of umbilical coiled adapter you have or plan to go with. Basically Reggie with this installed you'll need to have a 7-way to 6-way round coiled adapter like the part # C59HR.
