Question:
I am interested in 4 tires w/rims for my camper. will I have to take those rims w/tire and have them balanced or are they OK when they arrive without balance.

The tire and wheel combos we carry are not machined balanced. You can have the tire and wheel combos balanced at a local tire shop if you really wanted to though.
What some manufacturers will do is line up the light spot on the tire with the heavy spot on the wheel. This is a type of balancing but not like how car tires are balanced (with weights on a balancing machine).
Trailer wheels and tires don't really need to be balanced as you would not feel the vibration of an out of balance wheel on a trailer and because most weights end up bouncing of trailer wheels due to their rougher ride.
