Can you tell me the wire gauge for these wires? Thanks.

I went out to the warehouse and pulled Hopkins Endurance 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector # HM48110 to measure the wire gauge. The ground wire is 16 gauge and all other wires are 18 gauge. this is adequate for trailer lighting functions since they don't have to carry anything that draws a lot of amperage such as brakes or a 12 volt circuit.
