Expert Reply:
The two Timbren rear-axle suspension enhancement kits you referenced, part # TGMRYS4 and part # TGMRG25C, are both fits for the 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe, but kit # TGMRYS4 fits the 2-wheel-drive version while kit # TGMRG25C fits the 4-wheel.
Both kits fit vehicles that do not have the Police Package and both install without drilling using included hardware. Both offer 6000-lbs of load support.
Installation videos for both kits are linked for your reference.

Thanks! This is an important distinction, especially if the 4-wheel is taller and better suited to an off-road package or application with a 2002 Yukon XL 1500 SLE!
