Question:
I have a 2004 Tahoe, 2 wheel drive, non auto ride, stock suspension. I use this vehicle as a daily drive and a work vehicle. I keep several hundred pounds of tools in the rear, and seldom, but it does pull a atv on a trailer from time to time which helper springs would you recommend for the back? sumo vs timbren... The front bump stops need to be replaced also. The Tahoe does have a bull bar but otherwise stock front end and suspension. Which helper springs would you recommend for the front also. Thank you very much, in advance, for your expert help.

Timbrens are going to be what I would recommend for your 2004 Chevy Tahoe. They are better suited for heavier duty applications like what you have so for that the # TGMRYS4 would be what you would want for your 2004 Chevy Tahoe.
When installing, you'll will need to push the aeon locator past the tabs, as they will help to secure it in place once you seat the spring into the cup.
I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
For the front you would want the Timbren kit part # TGMFK25S.
