Question:
Blue OX coiled cord part number BX8862 what is the gauge of the wire in the cable? Is the center wire that carries the 12v to the towed vehicle any heavier that the other wires in the cord?

My contact at Blue Ox was able to confirm that in their Coiled Electrical Cord with 6-Way Round Plugs # BX8862 the wires gauges do vary. The ground wire is 12-gauge but all other circuit wiring is 16-gauge.
