Can you tell me what the weight is of the part shank,head with ball and bars I will be lifting to slide into my reciever when I get ready to hook up. Thank you

The total weight of the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37120ET that you referenced is 115 lbs, but that would include components that would not be lifted into the trailer hitch.
Realistically you would be lifting the head and the shank together into the hitch and then installing the bars after the fact. The head and the shank together weigh right at 45 lbs.
