Will the Brophy HSAB camper tiedowns fit a 2015 GMC 3500 8foot dually pickup?

The Angled Hold-Downs for Truck Bed Campers # HSAB that you referenced are universal in design so they can fit nearly all truck beds including your 2015 GMC 3500 with a long bed. They don't fit some dually beds. The fit issue with the dually trucks is that the bed flairs out at the rear of it for some trucks and the hold downs would interfere. I looked up a picture of the bed of your truck and where the stake pocket would be your truck bed is standard width so these will work.

For some trucks the fenders are wide all the way to the rear of the truck and that's where the problem comes from.

You will also want the part # TDHP to provide hardware for attaching the camper to the truck bed.
