Item # TDHP is your best option. It has a simple clamp on design that requires no drilling.

There are some requirements with these tie-downs: external bed rail width cannot exceed 5-1/2", at least 2" of space beneath lip of bed rail, and these tie-downs are not compatible with drop-in bed liners, plastic bed rails, double-walled beds, or side-step beds.

If your truck does not meet these requirements then I recommend the HappiJac Truck-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs
