Can Brophy Camper Tie Downs Be Used with Bed Rail Covers

Question:
Does any of the Brophy camper tie downs work with the factory plastic bed rail covers on? I do not see any questions that relate to this directly only questions about bed liners.

Yes, the Brophy camper tie downs like the # HSAB can be used with bed rail covers. If you check out the picture I attached you can see a set installed on a bed rail with plastic covers.
