Cant remove pins to change master cylinder. 91 model

If you take a look at the linked diagram which shows an exploded view of the master cylinder in the Titan model 10 actuator, you'll note that there are two through-bolts that secure the master cylinder to the cylinder brackets. These are parts 20 and 24 in the diagram; the bolts are noted with arrows.
You can try applying a spray-on lubricant like WD40 or PB Blaster to help loosen the bolts. These products can take hours or days to work and multiple applications may be needed.
