Question:

I am looking at Part no. CE17720 fenders to replace the fenders on my utility trailer. Do you have this fender with backing plate already welded in or do you carry the backing plate for it so customer can weld it on it? If so how much either or both ways? Thank you,

The closest fender we have to the part # CE17720 that you referenced that has a backing would be the part # HP79VR. The dimensions of this fender are 7-3/4" Wide x 28" long x 10" tall whereas the one you referenced is 7" wide x 22-1/2" long x 8-1/4" tall. So it will be a little bit larger but should work well for you.
