Question:
Can you tell me the dimensions from the cross bar to the receiver opening? I mounted a Curt C31083 on my 2015 f150 xlt to carry a Warn winch cradle.. It is about 4 inches too short to clear the bumper. Does a draw tight 65067 provide a receiver closer to the front of the truck? What are the comparison Dimensions?

I went out to the warehouse to take a measurement of Draw-Tite front mount receiver # 65067 for your 2015 Ford F-150. It measures 9-1/2 inches from the cross tube to the end of the receiver. Compare that to the Curt hitch # C31083 that you have installed to determine if there is a difference.
You could just need a different mount for the winch such as # C31010. I have linked a video showing the key dimensions and features and another video featuring this mount. You can also add bolt-on handles with part # C31005.
There are 3 hitch pin holes in the shanks of these mounts. Using the last hole provides 8-1/2 inches from the center of the hole to the back of the winch mount. The middle hole provides 6-1/2 inches. And the first hole provides 4-1/2 inches.
