Which reverse light is brighter. #STL211RCB or STL211RB and will these fit the same grommets as the ST70RB

Since LED lights prefer clear lenses for maximum brightness the part # STL211RCB that has the clear lens and red diodes would be brighter than the # STL211RB.
If you check out the picture I attached you can see how the diodes of the # STL211RCB are noticeably brighter. You can also see how the side diodes are the same intensity in either picture so you know the difference is due to the lens.
