I pulled a sample of the Dee Zee Connector Kit for DeeZee Truck Bed Auxiliary Tanks, part # DZ97960, so that I could take your requested measurement. The raw aluminum tube's outer diameter is 1.5-inches (38mm). It's end-to-end length is 4.5-inches (114mm).
The tube ends' inner diameter is 1.34-inches (34mm) and the inner diameter of the threaded center hole is 0.75-inch (19.5mm).
Each of these dimensions is noted on the linked photo that I prepared for you. I also included an install video for this item.
Please note this gravity-feed kit is intended for use only with diesel fuel.
