Expert Reply:
Shackle straps for leaf spring suspensions are usually measured from the two hole centers. For example, part # 18-11GALV is 2-1/4-inches long measured from hole center to hole center; the holes themselves are 9/16-inch diameter; and the overall length and width of the item are 3-1/2- and 1-1/4-inches respectively. All shackle straps are linked for you.
For a nylon bushing with dimensions close to your requirement we have part # TRBU11508 which is 1/2-inch inner diameter, 7/8-inch outer diameter and 1-3/4-inches long. Part # TRBU11506 is 1/2-inch inner diameter, 11/16-inch outer diameter and 1-3/4-inches long. All bushings are also linked for you.
