Jeff Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this Dexter Axle heavy-duty shackle link for the 1 3/4 inch wide double eye spring suspension kit. This is for a quantity of one shackle link. Now, this shackle link is designed for the 1 3/4 inch wide double eye spring suspension kit. Now, shackle straps are used to link components of a suspension system and to allow small movement in that system.
And in the single axle system, the shackles will link the springs and the hangers. And there are usually two shackle straps per spring in a single axle system. Few measurements on this, the length of the shackle is measured center of this hole to the center of this hole. So, if we put a ruler on it, it's right at 3 1/8 inches. Thickness on it is right at a half an inch.
And the bolt hole diameter is right at 9/16 of an inch. This is for, again, for a quantity of one shackle link. But that should do it for the review on the Dexter Axle heavy-duty shackle link for the 1 3/4 inch wide double eye spring suspension kit..
