Hi I was wondering does the block heater Im looking at for my 97 ford econoline van come with detailed installation instructions a nonprofessional mechanic can understand? Pictures would help.

The # KH13150 does include installation instructions. According to Kat's Heaters, the circulating engine heater installs inline with the heater hoses, for a rather simple installation. We don't have any photos available, according to Kat's, the instructions are pretty self-explanatory. If you have average mechanical ability, you shouldn't have any problem installing the heater.

Have a kh13150 for my 2008 Dodge Sprinter 2500 and 1.5" to 5/8" adapter. Witch side do I mount my tank (one instruction says left and another right). on? Where on heater hose do I mount the y connector (are a lot of hoses leading to & from heater core)? Thank you
