Thule ARB60 60 Inch Aero Wing Bars using the traverse foot pack, what is the min width and max width for the feet

The minimum spacing of the Thule Rapid Traverse feet # TH480R is 39-3/4 inches from center to center on the Thule 60 Inch WingBar # TH711500 or # TH711520. The maximum spacing of the feet is 51-3/4 inches. I have attached a photo showing these measurements for you.
