I ordered Three sets of 60" Yakima Tracks, you sent me two sets of 60" Tracks and one set of 54" Tracks.

To address your question - yes. The top channels in the Vortex Aero Crossbars in the # Y02-490B are the same dimensions as the Thule channels like in the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420. However, when it comes to finding the fit required for the Thule Hullavator # TH898 on a camper shell, it is a bit complicated. The Yakima 54" Tracks for Roof Racks # Y26RR has smaller tracks designed for use with a roof rack mounting system, while the Yakima 54" HD Tracks for Roof Racks, OverHaul HD, and OutPost HD # Y64MR are a bit more robust and can handle roof racks along with the OverHaul HD and OutPost HD truck bed ladder racks. Can the Yakima Tracks for Roof Racks Be Trimmed
I can't see why you wouldn't be able to cut the Yakima 54" Tracks for Roof Racks # Y26RR if need be. As long as you're able to cut it cleanly to where the end cap would fit back in place as it was before, you'll be good to go. We also have shorter tracks, # Y01126, which are 42" long which might be better suited for you.

Comparing 54 Yakima Tracks for Roof Racks
The correct 54" Yakima Tracks for a Camper Shell is part # Y26RR which will allow you to use any standard track mounted roof rack. The other options you listed, part # Y01127 and part # Y64MR are for metal roofs and ladder racks respectively. Since you have a fiberglass camper shell you don't need the version that comes with hardware for metal roofs and since you'll be installing the tracks on the roof of a camper shell you likely won't be using a ladder rack system which mounts to the tracks.

It's been several years to so they wouldn't have had a fit for your 2025 Nissan Frontier. Hi Hunter; for your 2011 Honda Ridgeline you can use the Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack for Naked Roofs - CoreBar Crossbars # Y79SB if you have a naked roof or the # Y67YD if you have factory raised rails. This will allow you to mount a bike rack like the # S64720 or # S64710 you were looking at. The same CoreBar crossbars can be mounted to tracks on the Leer cap using the SkyLine Towers # Y53TR and Landing Pad 1 # Y00221.
