What is the Max and Min Foot spacing for the Thule AeroBlade 53?

This spacing is dependent on your vehicle and what accessories you will be using on your vehicle. Many accessories will have a minimum crossbar spread of 24 inches. There are a few accessories that have a maximum spread like roof boxes and the largest roof box we carry has a maximum spread of 42 inches. The specific vehicle fit will dictate the measurement you are seeking unless the vehicle has the track style mounts. Most vehicles will have specific mounting points that will determine the crossbar spread for the load capacity and then you need to seek accessories to fit that spacing.

Also want to know this, but not bar to bar spacing, but instead between towers. The bar appears to have a limit as the notches the towers slide into only go so far into the bar. Thanks for any info!

@Luke thanks for asking, I can explain. The spacing between the towers is determined by your specific vehicle and fit kit. The maximum distance between the towers ends up being around 47"– 49" when measured center to center. If you want to provide the Year/Make/Model of your vehicle, I can check.
