Can B&W Pintle Hook Mounting Plate Be Used In Rise Position

Question:
Hello, Will this work and still maintain its integrity and rating in a riser position? IE: flipped 180 degrees from the picture shown to add height. Thank you

I spoke with my contact at B&W about the Pintle Hook Mounting Plate # BWPMHD14003. He said that it can be used in the rise position without issue.
