Determining the correct wheel bearings, seals or hubs for a trailer is normally done by using the existing inner and outer wheel bearing part numbers and grease seal part number. This is the only way to be sure that the correct parts are ordered. The bearing part numbers will ensure that you get the proper size and weight capacity parts for your application.
When replacing the hub you will also need to be sure that you measure the wheel bolt pattern (see link) and, if the axle capacity is larger than 3,500 pounds, you need to determine that size of the wheel studs themselves. Another consideration is the style of wheel on the trailer. Many times Aluminum wheels require longer wheel studs. If this is the case you may need to order longer studs to accommodate the wheels.
If you would like to pull the hub on one of your trailer axles and record the part numbers, I will be glad to help you determine the correct hub to order. Let me know the part numbers you come up with and the wheel bolt pattern and stud size.
