what are the torque values for the height adjustment bolts

I spoke to my contact at Demco and he informed me that there isn't a stated torque spec for the height adjustment bolts of the Demco Hijacker UMS Double Pivot 5th Wheel Hitch # DM8550033 he said that you want to get them good and tight but do not go too crazy and overtighten them.

The included instructions list the bolts (1/2' X 1 1/2") as Grade 5, which corresponds to 75 lbs ft of torque. That's about what we called "forearm tight".
