Question:
I know the replacement harness 118243 does not fit a 2002 Ford Superduty, but do you know which one does? I need a 7 pin but would prefer one with both 4 and 7 pin connections. Please let me know. Thank you.

The Hopkins harness part # HM40975 has been confirmed as a fit for your 2002 Ford Super Duty that had a factory 7-way and will provide you with both a 4-way and a 7-way.
I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
