Question:

2002 F250 Super Duty 4x4, Will this setup work? Plug on wiring harness looks the same.

I can only confirm 7-Way trailer connector # 118243 as a fit for up to 2001 Ford Super Duty trucks. For a 2002 what you can do is use harness # 40167 which is designed as in-bed wiring for a 5th wheel or gooseneck trailer but would work just as well to add a 7-Way at the back of your truck.
