I just saw part #118243 and am wondering if you have the same setup for a 2002 F250. My truck does not have a distribution fuse and relay panel under the hood.

For your 2002 Ford F-250 we have the Hopkins 7-Way Fifth Wheel Harness part # 40167 which is very similar to the # 118243 except designed to fit your specific vehicle. As long as you have the factory 7-way harness at the rear of your truck this is designed to fit and work well.
