how wide is this piece?? What is the on center bolt to bolt dimension of this piece?

I went out to our warehouse and pulled a Titan clevis attachment # T0897900 to measure it for you. The overall width at the widest point is 2-13/16 inches. The holes are spaced 2 inches apart on center. I have included a picture showing these measurements for you.
