There are five items needed when you flat-tow a vehicle. You will need base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, lighting for the CR-V, and most states now require a supplemental brake system. I will make some recommendations that will work with your 2013 CR-V.
The base plates I recommend is the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit, part # RM-521567-4.
The tow bar I recommend is the RoadMaster Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar, part # RM-522. For safety cables I recommend part # RM-645.
I recommend the Roadmaster Tow Bar Wiring, part # 154-792-118158 for your CR-V. You will want to check your owner's manual when flat towing to find out which fuse(s) need to be pulled. I recommend using a fuse bypass like part # RM76511 for those fuses so you do not have to pull the fuses every time you tow. You simply flip the switch and you are ready to go.
For a supplemental brake system I recommend the Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. It's permanently installed into the CR-V so you don't need to remove or set it up each time you tow or drive the vehicle. You also need a relay # RM-88400 to keep the Honda's lights from overriding the motorhome's.
I have attached links to some installation videos and helpful articles you can check out. You will also want to check your owner's manual for any restrictions or guidelines when flat-towing.
