Can LED Trailer Lights Ground to Frame of Trailer

Question:

I am converting my trailer lights from incandescent to LED. The trailer now uses the frame as the ground for each light. Do I use the frame for each LED light or do I run a ground wire back to the trailer tongue ground point from each LED light? Ive heard both opinions... Thanks

LED lights can ground the same way as incandescents. If your previous setup had the grounds ran to the trailer frame and everything worked then the same setup would work with the LEDs.
