Thule U-bolt TH853-5420 Dimensions

I am wondering what the exact dimensions are for this bolt. Can you please specify the width and height? Thank you

I went out to the warehouse and pulled replacement u-bolt # 853-3105 to take some measurements. The width between the two ends is approximately 2-7/16 inches. The center to center distance though is 2-11/16 inches.
The internal length is 3-1/2 inches and the overall length is 3-13/16 inches. I made a picture showing the measurements.
