The Firestone replacement upper bracket for Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, part # F5528, does not include installation hardware. The lower bracket part # F5529 also does not include hardware. This part is now obsolete and is no longer available. These two parts are both related to kit # F2430 which fits various model years of the GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado 1500 series trucks.
Firestone does offer a complete replacement hardware pack, part # FA21-760-2430.
