Are the rubber cushions on the E-Z flex equalizers replaceable. 6000 lb. If so how much.

The rubber core of the Dexter Equalizers like part # K71-654-00 are not an item that can be replaced.
If the bushing would become damaged the entire assembly would need to be replaced.
