I was wondering if these would just bolt into the Lippert 5200 lb axles?

The Replacement 5-5/8" Equalizers for E-Z Flex Heavy Duty Rubber Suspension System # K71-654-00 you referenced are simply replacements for the E-Z Flex Heavy Duty Rubber Suspension System by Dexter Axle - 5-5/8" Equalizers # K71-652-00.

To determine if these will fit your 5,200 lb axle you need to know what equalizer you currently have. The reason is this suspension system is designed to be a replacement for standard equalizers which are 5-5/8" long from center to center of their bolt holes. If that's the measurement you get then this suspension system will work for you. If not you can let me know what measurement your equalizers are and I can help you find the right system.
