I have a bell bike carrier for 2 bikes where can I see diagrams of the cradle and straps with 1 inch diameter does the cradle and straps come as a set

I went to the warehouse and measured the Replacement Cradles and Straps for Surco 2-Bike Carrier, part # SPN449.

I attached a photo of the cradles with the dimensions shown. The cradles fit a 1 inch frame and the width of the cradle at the place where the bike sits measures 1-3/4 inches.
