Where Does a Front Mount Trailer Hitch Install on a 2003 Ford F-150 4x4

i want to put a hitch in front for winch its for a 03 ford f150 supercrew 4x4 and i wonder if the hitch comes out below the bumper or higher

Both the Curt front hitch # 31038 and the Draw-Tite front hitch # 65025 will have the receiver below the front fascia. There are no front mount hitches that exist any higher on the 2003 Ford F-150 4x4. I have included a picture showing where the hitches will be once installed on the truck.
