its for my little Rockerm, RBW, can you help? part number and cost?bolt or weld??

The RBW Lil Rocker is designed to fit industry standard fifth wheel rails like what we carry.
For your 1996 Dodge Ram you would want the install kit part # RP30035 to supply you with a rail kit for the bed of your truck. This kit will bolt to your truck and would not require drilling.
