Replacement Powered Landing Gear for a 2003 Forrest River Cardinal 5th Wheel Trailer

Published 06/02/2015

Question:

I have a 2003 35foot 5th wheel cardnel by Forrest river. My lead jack broke and I cant rise or lower my camper. Will this fit into my old jack spots? And how well do they hold up? My old ones have a hand crank... Do I need to buy one with a hand crank just in case? Or are these the ones I need?

Most landing gear sets install the same way, especially on newer 5th wheel trailers, so I am confident that Ultra-Fab landing gear # UF17-943010 will work well for you and fit in place of your old landing gear.

This set is going to make things much easier on you because not only are they rated for a combined 12,000 pounds but it also has dual motors which makes it easier on the jacks. I have included a picture that shows all of the measurements for this landing gear set as well.
