Can Third Row Seats be Folded Back and have WeatherTech Cargo Mats Installed
Updated 05/27/2015 | Published 05/25/2015 >
Question:
can the back row of seats be folded into the cargo compartment with the liner in or does the liner have to be removed in order for the seats to be folded down? With the back row folded down, is the floor surface still level or does it create a bump because the seats are not perfectly in place?

The WeatherTech floor mat part # WT40238 that you referenced is designed to fit from the behind the 3rd row seat to the back of the vehicle. It will not work with the power 3rd row seats.
If your third row of seats folds back into the cargo area this mat would need to get removed.
I attached an install video for this mat for you to check out as well.
