If i purchase this trailer what is the cost to upgrade to a 12 inch tire with galvanized wheel? Also with the fenders to fit. I travel on interstate speeds and would like a good radial tire that will stand up to 75 mph. also will be used on gravel roads so need a good tire. thanks.

According to my contact at CE Smith their Trailer for Boats and PWCs # CE48810 can indeed take 12-inch wheels, with only new fenders required as you noted.
I have linked our main page for tire/wheel combinations in the 12-inch size and with the 5-on-4-1/2-inch bolt pattern used for the CE Smith trailer. For a galvanized wheel-with-tire in Load Range B you can use part # AM30590. Please note that all trailer tires in this size are rated to speeds up to 65-mph maximum. We do not offer any rated to 75-mph.
New fenders for 12-inch wheels that are similar in appearance to the stock fenders on the trailer are part # CE17701G from CE Smith. These are 16-gauge galvanized steel bracket-mount fenders that measure 23-1/2 Long x 7 wide x 6-1/2 tall. If you need mounting brackets you can use part # CE26061G-2 which is a set of two.
