Will this trailer fit? Recommended upgrades to improve performance ie,.,12inch tires, roller vs bunk etc. Please send all recommended upgrades and part numbers plus price. Thanks

Upgrading the carpeted bunks on your CE Smith Boat Trailer to roller bunks like the CE Smith # CE27710 is a great way to upgrade the trailer. These will allow for much easier loading and launching of your boat and reduce the stress put on your hand winch during operation. These are 5-foot-long bunks that will work perfectly to replace the 5-foot bunk boards on the trailer. You can use the Bunk Brackets # CE10003G-4 to mount them to the trailer.

It looks like the trailer is equipped with 4.80-12 size trailer tires. If you wish to upgrade to a larger 12-inch tire, I recommend taking a look at the Taskmaster 4.80R12 Radial Tire w/ 12" White Spoke Wheel # TA98RR. This tire features a maximum load of 990 pounds at 90 psi and an excellent speed rating of 81 mph. The steel wheel features a 3-step finishing process to resist corrosion and has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.

This tire size will be 4-1/2 inches taller overall than your current tires. You will just need to make sure that you have the needed fender clearance to make this change.
