Yes, you can change the wheels on the CE Smith Multi Sport Boat and Kayak Trailer # CE48810 from 8" to 12". This would give you a trailer like the CE Smith Multi Sport Plus Boat and Kayak Trailer # CE48870.

To complete the conversion you will need 2 of the Kenda 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel # AM30590 and 2 of the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fenders # CE17701G to move to the larger tires.
