Location of Brake Controller Port in 2015 Toyota Tacoma to Install Prodigy P3 Controller # 90195
Updated 05/18/2015 | Published 05/15/2015 >
Question:
I recently purchased the P3 Tekonsha trailer brake controller and Ill be damned if I can find the connector in my vehicle. Ive got the towing package and as Ive read, the connector should be right under the dash. Are there any other 15 Tacoma owners having a similar problem locating the connector? Any help in locating it/could it have been omitted at the factory? Many thanks for your help.

The 2015 Toyota Tacoma is part of the third generation of this vehicle and the location of the brake controller connection port is behind the left kick panel, near the emergency brake pedal. Please refer to the linked video at the :20-second mark for illustration. The port can sometimes be tough to spot but it should be there since your truck has the factory tow package.
