Recommended 14 Inch Trailer Wheel for Dual Axle Pontoon Boat Trailer

Updated 05/13/2015 | Published 05/11/2015

Question:

I need a spare wheel for my dual axle pontoon boat trailer. It is a 14inch wheel with a 3.25 inch center hole, 4-1/2 inch stud spacing with a 3 1/2inch spacing from the back bead of rim to the face of the hub neutral ? The disc brake conflicts with the rim if I increase that spacing any greater. It is a Playcraft 24 foot tri hull pontoon boat. What can you recommend?

Since you are towing a boat trailer, I would recommend a galvanized wheel like # AM20354. This wheel is 6" wide and has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. You will want to make sure that your bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2". I have included a FAQ article on determining the bolt pattern of your wheel.

I have included a video review of this trailer as well as a link to all of the wheels that we carry that are a fit for your boat trailer.

For a wheel/tire combination check out # AM32156.
