I have access cover tonneau and Velcro measures1 1/4 . Would A60270 Velcro will be ok to use.

Yes, the replacement Velcro strip # A60270 (17x1 inches) will replace the Velcro strip on your tonneau cover with a Velcro strip measuring 1-1/4 inches wide. The replacement Velcro strips are made in 1 inch # A60270 and 1-1/2 inch # A30474 but not 1-1/4 inch.
I would go with the 1-1/2 inch Velcro strip # A30474 because it will have a proper hold.
