Question:
It appears that the knobs on the security strap can be easily removed even when the lock is in place. What prevents this from happening

Expert Reply:
My contact at TorkLift advised that the two-piece adjustable steel security strap on their Lock and Load Maximum Security Cargo Tray # TLA7752 cannot be removed once the straps are adjusted properly to suit the load size and secured with the include lock. Items with a flat top surface, such as a tool box or generator, will rest right underneath the steel strap and so there will be little to no play at all in the straps. This protects the contents from curious hands. Please refer to the linked photo for illustration.
