Depending on the configuration and mounting options on your trailer you may be able to use a spare tire carrier like the Fulton Spare Tire Carrier, # FETCSTL0701. When used with a spare tire with a 5 on 5 bolt pattern the bracket can be bent to fit. This option does not offer any offset, but will work for 5 on 5. With this set up you will get the carrier and lock in one.
I went out to the warehouse and took a measurement of this part for you (see photo at right) to help you decide if it will work for your application.
